			<description>&#60;p&#62;It is the critical update for those users who didn't change anything in their blog user roles yet. Click of 'Reset' button in this case leads to the problem of role data lost as it is replaced with empty data set from non-existing backup.&#60;br /&#62;
User roles data backup is created automatically before the first role capabilities update. You click Update button, script checks if backup exists, creates it if it doesn't exist and saves the changes to the role capabilities.&#60;br /&#62;
Special checking was added to the Reset operation: it is executed if backup data exists only now.
