I'm sorry about your trouble with 'Thank You Counter Button' plugin.
Could you be so kind to let me know what versions of WordPress, PHP, MySQL do you use? I'm very interested to fix the reason of such troubles so it never repeat again for other WordPress bloggers. Please send me any error messages you have after plugin installation. You information can really help. Thank you.
TYCB plugin is installed in the wp-content/plugins/thanks-you-counter-button folder by default. So you can delete this folder directly via SSH or FTP session.
Second way to clear your blog from TYCB plugin is to go at your blog admin, open plugins list and click 'Deactivate' then 'Delete' links just under TYCB plugin name.
Do not hesitate ask further questions if you have it.
I'm ready to investigate and fix the problem on your side for free if you can give me such opportunity.

Have just installed your zip file into my wordpress blog and the blog has disappeared… could you let me know what files are uploaded and to where so I can get it back or I will not be pressing your thankyou button…. happy new year!
