It seems that not all your WP files changed to the 2.9.1 version. As one way to fix your problem you can try to download WP 2.9.1 archive and extract it manually to be sure that all WP files have new 2.9.1 version. Then try to login to the admin back-end again... At the last step, I clicked "Continue" and am taken to my blog, however, when I go back to the login/admin screen, I cannot login.
